Content Manager



We are looking for a qualified Content and Brand Manager to join our team. You will be part of a marketing team of highly motivated employees, who are focused on raising brand awareness of OnRobot, educate the market about collaborative applications and bring quality leads to the sales team. The role is central to the delivery of revenue and profit objectives.  You will report to the Global Marketing Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Help establish and sustain our brand tone and translate business needs and objectives into high-quality, marketing content
  • Defines and executes content strategy based on business objectives and audience insights.
  • Work close with our CSO to align company communication focus topics
  • Build a content roadmap based on audience buyer needs
  • Drive development of and oversee production for new content assets including eBooks, infographics, flipbooks, videos, interactive web experiences, and more
  • Content optimization to make sure brand consistency
  • Create marketing and sales template documents, collaterals (brochures, presentation, e-newsletter template, flyer templates, case study guidelines, other marketing and sales materials) by collaborating with marketing and design teams
  • Develop and update style guides, writing/editing standards, and guidelines using industry trends and best practices
  • Responsible for leading and executing impactful product launches by updating and creating new marketing materials
  • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Create special sales tools helping the sales team to sell more

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in international B2B brand management and content development
  • A background working in or writing about B2B cloud technology companies is preferred
  • Native English and based/ to be based in Denmark
  • Excellent copy-writing, editing and proofreading skills including the ability to write in different styles for different audience types and goals (i.e. demand, thought leadership, sales enablement)
  • Passion for customers and drive to understand buyer needs, translating that into relevant and useful content marketing
  • Has experience with content management systems
  • Strong project management skills and experience working successfully with cross-functional teams
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Can work independently and show initiative
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
