Digital Marketing Manager

 

OnRobot is a dynamic robotics company with a bold vision to define and own the market for Collaborative Applications. We are based in Odense, Denmark, offers technologies — both hardware and software — used in end-of-arm tooling, mainly for collaborative robots (cobots). OnRobot integrates grippers, sensors and other cobot equipment to facilitate the use of the technology in applications such as packaging, quality testing, material handling, machine tending, assembly and welding, and is planning to acquire and manufacture additional technologies with worldwide support. In addition to its headquarters in Denmark, OnRobot now has consolidated sales offices in Germany, Spain, China, U.S., Malaysia and Hungary. Our aim is to build a world-leading organization in development and production of end-of-arm tooling. Through further acquisitions and collaborations, we expect to reach a revenue exceeding one hundred million dollars in a few years.

Here at OnRobot you will be part of a marketing team of highly motivated employees, who are focused on raising brand awareness of OnRobot, educate the market about collaborative applications and bring quality leads to the sales team. The role is central to the delivery of revenue and profit objectives. You will report to the Global Marketing Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Defining, implementing and leading the compay’s digital marketing strategy
  • Manage our social media channels: Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Work on SEO/SEM in 20+ languages (including China)
  • Set up Google Adwords PPC, display (banner), and email campaigns
  • Work with internal and external content writers to generate the content for the digital marketing campaigns
  • Define, measure and report the digital KPIs of the campaigns
  • Define and execute a proper inbound marketing strategy
  • Facilitating the implementation of CRM
  • Building up marketing automation funnels connected to our CRM
  • Building up landing page campaigns for different target audiences: potential partners and end users
  • A/B test protocols
  • Develop and optimize the website including content uploads
  • Manage company blog site
  • Building up an interactive intranet platform for our channel partners
  • Supervise regional digital marketing activities in US, North Europe, South Europe, CEE, DACH, APAC and China
  • Has access to the right vendors and able to negotiate

 

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
  • 5+ years experience in international digital marketing delivering high quality marketing campaigns and solutions with positive, measurable results around growth in SEO traffic, cost effective SEM and lead generation
  • Experience in B2B demand
  • Highly effective planning, organising and managing multiple competing priorities
  • Deep knowledge about inbound marketing, marketing automation, landing page campaign and user funnel building
  • Experience with marketing CRM systems (Hubspot or Salesforce)
  • Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Understands main UX principles
  • Experience with website development projects
  • Can write good content for the right target audiences
  • Can work independently and show initiative
  • Experience with people management, ability to grow a team
  • Nice to have: has experience with China digital marketing (Baidu, Wechat, Youku)
  • Very good English both oral and written required
