General Manager – Northern Europe based in Odense
Develop and expand the Northern European market
You will be a part of a dynamic and ambitious company with a bold vision. You will lead a group of dedicated employees who are all focusing on expanding the sales of OnRobot’s unique technologies with relevant distributors and partners. Upon onboarding, you will be responsible for developing sales to distributors and partners on the Northern Europe market.
Based on the direct contact with distributors and partners concerning customer inquiries and “cold leads”, your organisations task will be to make the technical clarification with the partners/customers, and bring this feedback to the innovation and development resources. You and your team will also be responsible for sales training and informing partners on any key information concerning the company’s products and technology.
You will initially be managing a competent team of 6 people consisting of sales managers, sales support, technical support and marketing support.

- Own hands-on sales activities to feel and understand the market
- Monitoring and analyzing sales activities and goals
- Defining and implementing plans for participation at exhibitions and fairs
Professional profile: Technical interest and strong sales DNA
You have extensive experience from the production industry combined with knowledge of how automatization of a production works. Your education and experience is a solid commercial and technical combination at Bachelor level or higher – enabling you to conduct the relevant commercial planning and execution.
You must have documented experience in channel sales and channel development preferable within product sales.
As the job will involve sales activities in the region, you must be able to travel 80-120 days per year, where the task will be to both visit distributors and partners, but also to attend exhibitions where you will be responsible for OnRobot’s regional plans towards this.
The position is at corporate headquarters in Odense, and you are expected to be present when not travelling.
You are accustomed to speak, read and write English in accordance with the international requirements of the position.
