Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Rapidly grow OnRobot's Preferred Partner sales across the assigned sales territory
Forecast and execute to meet and exceed sales targets
Actively drive revenue growth through Preferred Partners; increasing average sales by partner
Develop new sales opportunities for channel partners by developing – providing - qualifying leads and making introductions
Demonstrate OnRobot products to customers and potential partners highlighting unique value proposition.
Enhance OnRobot's awareness within the Preferred Partners and drive sales through their respective sales teams.
Develop new high performing sales channels for both traditional hardware business and Off-The-Shelf solutions business using the wide array of OnRobot EoAT products.
Work directly with customers/partners to solve urgent issues and get positive results.
Develop in-depth understanding of OnRobot products, applications and applicable robot platforms
Ensure effective enablement of new partners through sales and product training
Participate in exhibitions and fairs
Requirements:
A proven track record in technical sales and driving rapid revenue growth in the automation or robot technology is required. Minimum of 5 years technical sales experience.
Results focused self-starter with high energy and motivation to operate independently and implement plans effectively and efficiently.
Sales Management experience at either a Distributor/Partner Organization or a Hardware - Equipment OEM.
A hands-on leader able to coach, guide and develop channel partners.
Good problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to travel domestically up to 75%. Occasional overseas business trips may be required.
