Global Sales Support Lead

You will be a part of a dynamic and ambitious company with a bold vision to expand robotic automation. You will support a group of dedicated sales, technical support, and channel partners in expanding our sales coverage throughout the world.
This role is mainly focused on sales supporting tasks as well as ensuring global sales process compliance. The position is located at the OnRobot Headquarters in Odense, which will be the primary workplace. You will report to the CCO.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Order management and processing
Partner support and partner data management incl. new Partner sign-up; agreement, preparation and signing, ERP administration & Partner onboarding
Support general partner communications on product and policy releases and updates
Manage partner support requests (product loaners, event support, etc.)
Support sales lead management activities in CRM and prepare leads after events/exhibits
Support sales team and technical team
Support marketing activities (webinars, event set-up, exhibition logistics etc.)
The go-to person for the regional Sales Support team (3 people in APAC, Europe & US)
Monitoring and supporting sales ERP enhancements and testing
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in sales/administrative or marketing support.
Excellent skills in D365 F&O or other main ERP systems, including daily use and optimization.
Fluency in Danish and English required, other languages a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Good problem solving and communication skills.
Organized and good attention to detail & follow up.
Results focused and able to work with teams and independently to implement plans effectively.
