The integrated 55 mm axis retracts the screw and drives it after the robot reaches the fastening position. This reduces the robot motion needed for each screw and keeps the screwdriving sequence easier to program.
Set screw length and target torque in the robot interface. The Screwdriver controls tightening from 0.15 to 5 Nm and returns process results that help confirm whether the operation completed as intended.

Configure the bit, holder, screw holder, and screw fixation for the selected fastener. The system supports metric screws from M1.6 to M6 and lengths up to 50 mm, while optional 50 mm and 100 mm bit extenders add reach in tight spaces.
The tool can check whether a screw was picked, whether its length matches the setup, and whether tightening completed correctly, giving the robot useful feedback for the assembly sequence.
Supported screws up to 35 mm can remain retracted inside the tool while the robot moves. An automatic safety stop reacts if excessive axial force is detected.
Use supported metric, imperial, and self-tapping screws with the correct bit system, or add optional bit extenders for fastening points in narrow spaces.
